Spa Hotel Imperial Karlovy Vary, Karlovy Vary

My experience at the hotel was quite disheartening, largely due to the disappointing service I encountered, particularly from the staff at the reception, who seemed unfriendly and unhelpful. The dining options were also lackluster, especially during breakfast with limited fresh selections. On a positive note, the facilities offered a range of spa treatments which were enjoyable, albeit the spa area was smaller than expected. Overall, the stay did not meet the standards I anticipated from a spa hotel.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Imperial, with its rich historical charm and spacious rooms that offered stunning views of the forest hills. There's a great variety of dining options, but some dishes in the Paris Restaurant missed the mark. The service could improve a bit with more attentiveness, but overall, it was a solid experience with good value for money.

The hotel has a stunning unique design and a tranquil setting surrounded by nature, which I truly appreciated during my stay. The spacious rooms and bathrooms were comfortable, though I did find the lack of air conditioning a downside, especially on warmer days. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, but I expected a bit more from a five-star establishment. Overall, it provided a nice retreat, but improvements in comfort and service could enhance the experience.
